7. People Results

People Results diagram Definition:

As with Customer Results, there are just TWO sub criterion parts associated with the People Results criterion, and again these are split into Perception Measures and Performance Indicators.

People's perception measures can be gained from internal surveys or appraisals, and can cover many issues of concern to any staff as well as managers. As with the previous criterion, the internal indicators are used as a predictor to the perceptions of an organisation's people.

Organisations that have very much excelled in their particular market place will often be found to have put in place a range of staff motivation or reward schemes.
