8. Society Results

As with Criterion 6. and 7. Society Results is comprised of just TWO sub criterion parts, and again these are split into Perception Measures and Performance Indicators.

In the case of this criterion, perception measures appear to outweigh performance indicators, and this is mainly due to the difficulty or impracticability of many organisations to put in place the sort of internal measures that would relate readily to all the possible society perceptions of an organisation. The issues here are those such as the impact on both the local community, and more widely, however felt or perceived.

Corporate Social Responsibility is an issue that is now becoming more widely considered among many larger businesses and organisations.
