Again there are just TWO sub criterion parts; Key Performance Outcomes and Key Performance Indicators.

A business will define in advance its expected or hoped for outcomes based upon its policy and strategy, and are split into financial and non financial areas. These two areas are also reflected in the indicators which are those measures set internally, and as with the previous three criterion, are used to predict the performance outcomes.

Many organisations, including small firms, tend to look at a narrow range of financial indicators, whereas it is just as important, especially for the longer term, to look also at non financial measures.
