PROJECT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

  1. The object of the Project Performance Assessment section is to enable each member of a PENTAMODE team to evaluate the outcome of the project objectively.

  2. A mark from 1 to 5, indicating very bad to exceptionally good, should be awarded to each element by individuals as a result of their honest and considered judgement.

  3. High or low scores do not necessarily reflect personal success or failure; they will mostly be a reflection of the effectiveness of communication. However, the scores will indicate which stages of PENTAMODE require more attention to effect improvement in future projects.

  4. It is recommended that these assessments should be collated by the project leader and form the basis for constructive discussion at the final de-briefing meeting.
