PROJECT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT
- The object of the Project Performance Assessment section is to enable
each member of a PENTAMODE team to evaluate the outcome of the
project objectively.
- A mark from 1 to 5, indicating very bad to exceptionally good, should
be awarded to each element by individuals as a result of their honest and
considered judgement.
- High or low scores do not necessarily reflect personal success or failure;
they will mostly be a reflection of the effectiveness of communication.
However, the scores will indicate which stages of PENTAMODE require more
attention to effect improvement in future projects.
- It is recommended that these assessments should be
collated by the project leader
and form the basis for constructive discussion at the final de-briefing
meeting.
