KEY ACTIVITIES

Within the 12 stages of the PENTAMODE Code of Practice the two key activities are:

• BUILDING A TEAM

  The early formation of an effective team, or teams, to cover all technical and commercial stages; the team leaders have the ultimate responsibility of implementing the Code of Practice, as it applies to their particular project.

  
  
  
• PLANNING THE PROJECT

  The creation of a planning chart which describes the timing and deadlines for each event from product design to final production. This is used to measure the progress of the development.
