Company Cars Review company car policy By 1 April 1997 Group Personnel will introduce a flexible benefits package for Personal Contract Grade (PCG) employees which will provide a case incentive to select a smaller engined personal car. Analysis of the impact of the scheme will be undertaken annually.
Business Travel Reduce business travel By 1 February 1997 BT's Business Travel policy will be relaunched and will incorporate environmental considerations identified following a joint analysis of business travel by BT Group Personnel and BT Supply Management.
Paper Consumption Reduce paper consumption Establish a process to monitor purchase of paper for photocopying and printing in BT Group Personnel by 31 March 1997.

Environmental Training - new courses

The Induction Package seen by all new entrants will have agreed environmental elements included by 20/12/96.

Using the statement of requirements BT Development & Training will prompt training sponsors to consider what environmental factors should be included in all new training solutions, commencing 20 July '96.

Training Product Review As part of the Annual Product Review process BT Development & Training will prompt all appropriate training sponsors to consider what environmental factors should be included in existing training products, by December '97.
