Once the site has been registered the company can use the appropriate EMAS logo which comprises a graphic and explanatory text. This may be used in brochures, on letter heads, etc., to advertise that the company has achieved accreditation to EMAS. The may not, however, be used either to advertise products or on the products or their packaging.
