Management reviews should follow the audit cycle, although this is not a requirement of ISO 14001 or EMAS. ISO 14001 requires that management reviews are performed top management at intervals it determines. A review at least once a year is recommended. Initially however, the company may require more frequent reviews until the EMS becomes established.
