Level 2 Key Performance Indicators are generated by a department, or function, to track achievement against agreed targets. In the case of a manufacturing cell or area, a maximum of five monitors are recommeded. These are:

• Productivity
• Production Scrap or Non-Conforming Product
• Delivery Performance ( to internal or external customers )
• Live Concerns ( internal and external )
• Accidents
