Measures for controlling electrostatic discharges in telecommunications centres.
The purpose of this document, European Telecommunication Report, ETR 127, is to define the electrostatic environment
and the measures used to control the electrostatic discharge of the equipment installed in the public telecommunications
network.
Many other EMC product standards have been developed or are in preparation by ETSI for radio-communications equipment
(eg GSM, DECT, Private mobile radio, Fixed radio links etc).
