Senior Management

  • Overview of ISO14001/EMAS.
  • Waste minimisation and energy and materials management.


Internal auditors

  • Existing quality auditors
  • Production personnel
  • Administration personnel

  • EMS internal auditing
  • Significant environmental issues
  • Key pieces of environmental legislation (existing and new)
  • Overview of ISO14001/EMAS


Other Personnel

Other personnel: WHO?

Personnel responsible for:

  • Operating the effluent treatment plant
  • Oil/chemical storage and deliveries
  • Waste disposal
  • Maintenance
  • Labourers
  • Operating the processes under Environment Agency or local authority authorisation

  • Environmental policy, objectives, procedures and responsibilities
  • Key requirements of legislation covering their work
  • Emergency response requirements
