Variation of the height of the Roll Pole on the Front Axle
→The height of the roll pole on the front axle is raised to a point 0.15 m above the road surface and the roll axis slopes downwards towards the rear axle.
The result:
→Since the vertical distance between the roll centre and the vehicle CG, Δh drops, the roll angle reduces for the same lateral acceleration, which implies smaller wheel load change on the rear axle since all other parameters remain the same as version-0.
→Load change on the front axle increases implying a drop in the side slip stiffness on the front axle, which means an intensification of the understeer tendency which already exists in version-0.
