6.2.1  IPC Regulated Processes: Applying For Process Authorisation

The Environmental protection (Applications, Appeals and Registers) Regulations 1991 describe:

  1. The procedures for applying to the relevant environment agency for process authorisation.
  2. The information required by the agency.
  3. The various bodies which the agency needs to consult.
  4. The requirements for advertising the application.
  5. The requirement for making relevant information available to the public by means of a register.
