1. Write/draft out a short essay (no more than 1000 words):
- Environmental Protection rests predominantly upon technological, scientific, economic and social remedies. Discuss with regards to the role of environmental law.
Undertaking this exercise will lead you to think more about the role and contribution of environmental law in current environmental protection, and the impacts of all of the other factors. The exercise is designed to enhance the knowledge that you have gleaned from undertaking this module, and to appreciate the wider implications of environmental law and environmental protection in general.
