3 sigma above and below the mean. Consequently, both calculations use
the values 
and 3s, which you have already
calculated. These values have already been entered into the first two
boxes below. Complete the calculation for the upper control limit and
enter the result in the box outlined in red. Since this value will be
used on the graph, it should be calculated to 1 decimal place. When
