Analysis & Interpretation
The aim of this module is to provide a set of guidelines
which can be applied when analysing the data recorded on Process Control
Charts.
On completion, you will be able to:
- state why control charts should be properly analysed and
interpreted
- recognise the signs that indicate action is necessary
- discuss different interpretations of unusual or unexpected
performance
- describe the initial actions to be taken when an out of control
situation is suspected.
This module will take about 20 minutes to complete.
