Module Objective

This is a practical module that will help you interprete your time usage.By the end of this module, you will be able to analyse how you spend your time on projects.

So far, in this Time Management course you have been required to compile Time Logs so that you can accurately record and summarise how you spend your time. However, in this part of the programme, you will have a chance to analyse and interpret your time usage.

In order to complete this module successfully all you are expected to do is to think carefully and to answer the questions below:

Categories of Activities

Which Categories of Activities consumed the greatest percentage of time?

Can I avoid any of them?

How can I use the time more effectively?

Can I "speed up" the time?
