Key Results Area

Each job normally has several major areas of contribution of Key Results Areas. Collectively, they reflect the Role of the job. They provide a summary of what the job holder is expected to achieve.

For example, a Training Officer might determine the following Key Results Areas:

  1. Course development and design
  2. Course tutoring
  3. Discussion with managers to determine departmental training needs
  4. Course evaluation
  5. Training, planning and administration
  6. Application of new methods of training (for instance, Computer Based Training)
